Refund Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to subscriptions and credit packages sold by FaceFlux through CREEM.

2. Cooling-off Period Refunds

• Full refunds available within 14 days of payment if no paid credits have been used.
• Free trial credits (10 uses) do not affect refund eligibility.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

• Paid credits have been used
• Purchase made more than 14 days ago
• Account suspended for violating Content Policy

4. Application Process

Email atsince2017@gmail.com → Provide order ID → Refund processed within 5 business days to original payment method.

5. Subscription Cancellation

Subscriptions can be cancelled immediately on the "Billing" page. No further charges will occur after the current billing cycle ends.
